Hello Everyone,
I am using genuine Windows 7 OS.
I made a mistake by installing trial version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and Adobe Acrobat X Pro. After the trial period I am struggling to remove these two applications; both are giving me error: Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable.
With this error I am unable to uninstall both the applications. I have contacted Adobe Technical Team and they suggested me to type my problem in this forum for possible help on their product because its a Trial Version. I find this ridiculous because if Adobe can't help in uninstalling its own manufactured and designed Software Application; what its going to do with People who seriously and authentically buy its product? Is Adobe's attitude customer friendly? I think Adobe needs to think on this.
Anyway, if there is any tech guy who can help me in this..... please help me by emailing at [Email address removed. -Mod.]
Thanks,
Vinay

You need to better explain what you did, exactly. Reader is a free application and doesn't have a trial version, and Acrobat X is a very old and unsupported application.
Also, you should not post your private email address on these forums (I removed it for you), as you're likely to be contacted by scammers pretending to work for Adobe...
