Help with Acrobat on windows

I just upgraded from an old computer with Windows 7 running Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.20 to a new computer with Windows 10 running Acrobat Reader DC 2015.006.30306 and I can no longer delete pages from any of my existing pdfs.  All of my pdf files have been copied over from the old computer to the new computer.  Properties/security on all of my pdfs on the new computer shows page extraction not allowed and that is not the case with the very same pdfs on my old computer (which I still have).

What do I need to buy/upgrade to get this capability back, please?

Acrobat Reader can't delete pages. Use Adobe Acrobat for this.

install your Acrobat Pro of you kept the serial number. XI should work in Windows 10.
