Help with drop boxes in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I am editing a file and have been putting in multiple choice drop boxes.  The problem I have run into is that whenever you make a selection from one drop box, all of the other drop boxes change to that selection.  What can I do so this isn't happening?  I need to have the drop box information selected one box at a time and not fill up the other boxes.  Thanks for all help in advance!

Can I assume that you created the first drop-box then copy/pasted the rest? All items must have their own unique name so, right click on each box and choose rename and give them differing names.
