Help with submitting a form thru Adobe reader

New Here ,
Jan 16, 2025 Jan 16, 2025

The submit form button on IRS Form 4506-B PDF is not working un Adobe Reader and I am unable to find any customer support without paying for an adobe account. Can anyone help me with this? The IRS gives no other option than to submit this form through Adobe reader. So while this button is not working I have no idea what else to do. When I click the button, nothing happens. There is no loading screen, no confirmation screen, no indication whatsoever that anything is happening.

Same issue.  I've tried chrome and safari.  My Adobe is updated. Not sure what to do next.

Open the file in Adobe Reader directly, not inside a browser window.

All this button does is generate an email with the file attached to it. You can do that manually.

The email is directed at tege-eo-my.eo.request@irs.gov , the subject line is "Form 4506-B, Request for a Copy of Exempt Organization IRS Application or Letter", and the message body is:

"Disclaimer notice: Your email submission of Form 4506-B is not encrypted for security."

That's all there is to it.

Thank you for your reply.  How did you find the email address?  I'd like to learn from this.
