Hide "Home Tools" line when no tabs and in Read Mode

Please provide an F key, key combination, or preference setting so that the line that begins with "Home Tools" can be hidden.  This would be especially useful when no tabs are being used (separate window for each document) and in Read Mode since it would provide more room to display a page.  The page would be a little larger, characters on the page would be a little larger and the resulting text on the page would be easier to read.

Hi Tmcmurray,

As you have mentioned above to hide home tools in the Read Mode, the option is already disabled in the Read Mode in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Wehn you open the

If you are referring to disable the tools bar at the top when you open the PDF in the application, you can use F8 function key on your keyboard to hide the tools at the top.

When you require the Tools bar, you can use the same function key F8 to enable it.
