Highlight in black background

Hi Everyone,
I have a question for you, I changed my background to black, when I highlight the text, only the letters change color but the background stays black. Is there a way to change the background of the highlighted text so it's not black? I don't actually want to highlight the letters of the text but the selected area around it.  Thanks in advance.

Acrobat version: 2023.003.20201 - 64-bit
