Our company using IRM Client for PDF , it's only support Adobe Reader DC 2015
But the Adobe FTP site can't access and also https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/classic/dcclassic15.006.html can't download, how can I do?

The Adobe FTP site should be fine, but you need to know that most browsers now block FTP. Try a dedicated client.
