From Word we save the file as pdf. Then we edit this file. When edited we save the file. When we opn the file again some pages are not accessible. It looks like they are pictures. But this is only after editing (make some tekst black). see attached file

Don't do that! Make it in Word, convert to PDF. To make a change, even one word or letter, edit in Word and re-make the PDF. Keep originals always. The editing in PDF is a desperate last resort for when the original was lost and the backups eaten by termites!
That said, the file does NOT seem to be a direct save from PDF. Something has happened to it - maybe a "sanitize" option in Acrobat, or some non-Adobe converter.

Hi, Thanks for the quick respons. Sorry i did not mean edit but redact. So Word document saved as pdf. This document is being redact, after this the pdf is saved again.

How does you redact the file? It is not possible with Acrobat Reader.
