How can I recuperate infos from I file that I can t open "message truncated" error

Dear comunity,

 

I have a .pdf file that I can not open : when I open it with notepad I have the following mmessage at the end "----- Message truncated -----" . How could I recupare the info ?

Could anyone help, please.
