How do I convert a docx file to pdf with SDK?

I need to this programmatically, since I am getting the the docx file from an Encompass attachment. I need to convert the resulting docx file to pdf, so I can bundle it will other files in a larger pdf file.

Do you have Acrobat Pro (you've posted in the forum for Acrobat Reader which cannot do this)?
