How do i keep the drop box in adobe reader from showing up?

Hello, How do i keep the drop box from showing up? The suggestion drop box still showing even with auto fill turned off.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and restarted my computer. The drop down is very distracting when filling in a document. It just started showing up two days ago.

Please post a screenshot (using the Insert Image tool, not by attaching it to an email reply) of what you're seeing.

Also, what's your exact version of Reader?
