I need to update my adobe reader...please help
Hmm, I think your best bet at the moment is to tell your IT guy that your Acrobat Reader on your iPad is up to date, and ask him what to do next. It probably needs specialist knowledge of how your epay stuff works (or why it doesn't). Good luck!

I don’t know which version I have.The epay from my work won’t download anymore and the IT guy
at work said I need to update my adobe account.

Ok, here's how to find out.
1. Start Acrobat Reader.
2. Use Help > About Acrobat Reader.
3. Look for a number like 11.5.44 or 2015.234.33455
4. Let us know what you see (please type it out carefully, don't try to email a picture)

18.10.0.0 is the very latest iPad Acrobat Reader. There isn't another one. Were you at one time able to open this "epay" (whatever that is) on your iPad? Or did you use a Mac or Windows?

Epay is my online pay statement for work.When I try to download it tries to do it then stops.
Everything was fine for literally years and all of the sudden it doesn’t work.
