There is no subscription to cancel yet my credit card was charged.

Go to https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products on the top bar
-then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs
How much was it charged? Have yo looked at your account to see what they are charging you for? You must have tried to pay for something at some point or they wouldn't have you info. What was that "something"?
