to add more details, for a 4 x 4 Table with merged cells, instead of itemizing changes by cell, three changes (which I need help to interpret) are reported in following order:

  1. Inserted text reported as concatenated string of Headers and Data; (all cells combined to single line). Without seperators/delineators, how to sort out which cell has changed?
  2. Table Row(s) Deleted: there is no telling how many rows
  3. Why is there no report of Table Row(s) insertion?

Acrobat Reader can't compare files. Try the forum for Adobe Acrobat.

on another slide, there is no report of Tables vertically spaced further apart. But instead there is a erroneous report of text deleted.

As-Is, comparison of Table is faulty and human eye is needed.

To avoid false reports, is it possible to have another option to skip comparison of Tables?
