I get an annoying popup every time I open a PDF file. Can anyone tell me how to change a setting to stop that?
Thanks.
That's how it should work... What's your operating system? And have you tried running a Repair Installation from the Help menu?

What kind of "popup"? Post a screenshot of it (using the Insert Image tool, not as an attachment via email).

When I open a pdf, it has this pop-up: Check out the new Acrobat Reader DC. Now it's even easier to read, sign, comment on, and share PDF's. Take a quick tour to see what's new.
I have taken the tour many times and every time I open another file, it pops up!
Thanks for any help anyone can provide. I’m a novice so some suggestions may go “over my head!”

Click the X button at the top-right hand corner and it should not appear again.

HA...that will last for that instance only. When you open another PDF...the pop-up comes up again. I'm looking for a permanent removal of the pop-up.

I'm beginning to think that the pop-ups will continue and there is no solution. I'm using Windows 7.
Thanks for trying to help me but I'm not seeing a solution to this issue. Did not happen until recently when the program upgraded.
