How to get rid of "Welcome to Acrobat Pro" page

I'm struggling to turn off the "Welcome to Acrobat Pro" page, and it's quite bothersome to have it pop up every time I open Adobe. I've attempted to modify the preferences and general settings, but unfortunately, it hasn't resolved the issue. Any assistance with this matter would be highly appreciated.

I am having the exact same issue and it is driving me insane, wasting my time and energy on a stupid thing like this when I have so much to do.  I want it gone permanently.
