I have a MAC with OS X Yosemite.  I tried to download and print an fdf file.  I cannot even open the file.  I get the following message "Network Error: Printing was interrupted. Please try again.NotAllowedError: Security settings prevent access to this property or method.)"  However, when I try and click the options button to change the security settings, it doesn't let me click it.  What do I do?

Hi sjboyd01,

Please check the document properties. Go to File menu > Properties> Security and check if Printing is set to allowed or not allowed.

If it shows not allowed then you need to ask PDF creator to change the security settings.

If you are not created this PDF, you will not be able to change the security settings.

Regards,

Meenakshi
