I just installed Adobe Reader DC on a fresh win10 and to my chock and surprise I got something called True Key and McAfee.
I tried removing them using windows uninstall, but my scanners are still finding lots of stuff, especially from True Key.

How do I get rid of all the malware without having to reinstall windows10 again?

And is there a clean install of Adobe Reader DC?  Without any malware, only the reader`?

Under stall them the usual way with the control panel. TrueKey may be under "I" because it's Intel. On no account use any third party uninstall apps!

And if you don't want this junk switch off the box where you are offered it. Yes, it's utterly reprehensible that the check box is on by default.

I already uninstalled it - but when I scan my PC there is still a lot of keys and files from True Key.  I want it completely removed.

Try asking in an Intel forum. That's the only idea I have.
