How to use Acrobat.com to Send & Track but remove the download button

Hi there. We need a solution which enables us to share a link to a PDF which has all the functionality seen in the link below but the download button removed.

Ultimately we want all the functionality of a PDF hosted online with copy, download disabled. Doesn't have to be a solution within the Acrobat.com service.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.
