hyperlinks in pdf not showing in android

Hyperlinks in a pdf created by me in Adobe Acrobat on a PC do not show when the pdf file is opened in Acrobat reader on my Samsung Galaxy S7 tablet or on my mobile phone. Are hyperlinks supported on mobile applications using Android. If so. what do I need to do to activate them. Thanks.

What kind of hyperlinks does you use?

Thanks. It is a link that can be added to a pdf from the editing tool in Acrobat. In this case it is 'Go to a page view' and the style is 'underline'.

I can’t send you the PDF I was working on yesterday. However, I’m sending another document which illustrates the issue. On this I have inserted a hyperlink, in line form, immediately after the title ‘Inaugural Lecture’. It links to a subsequent page.

This hyperlink shows up on my PC but not in Acrobat on my Samsung Tablet.

My tablet is a Samsung Galaxy S7+, which runs Android 11.

Thanks for your reply.

I attach a screenshot showing how I entered the link - visible rectangle and underline. But still, I'm afraid, not visible on the tablet.

To make sure, I've added a second link to the previous document which I reattach. The latest link is two lines down from the first (after 'Union'). It shows as a red line on my PC. On the tablet nothing is shown although, as before, the link works if you know where it is.

Any further help would be appreciated.
