Now, I don't remember my username and password.  How do I retrieve these?  Everything that I entered was rejected.  I got called away before I wrote it down.

First you have to remember your Adobe ID. But you used one to post your question. Other Adobe IDs will be earlier or alternate email addresses.

But you dont need to login to install Reader!
