I can edit documents by inserting and extracting pieces from a presentation but no one else on my team can. How do I fix this?

I can go into Adobe Acrobat Reader and edit a presentation by inserting, deleting or extracting documents from a presentation but no one else on my team can. We do not have a disc and we are all signed in to the same account.

Let's check the exact software you have. Please go to the Help menu (assuming you're on Windows) and look for the first About entry.

Does it say

- About Acrobat Reader

- About Adobe Reader

- About Acrobat Pro

- About Acrobat Standard

- About something else

Now please check the version by choosing that item. It will be something like 2015.123.98765 or 11.1.23.
