I can fill but cannot sign

Hello,

I am using

When I click on fill and sign, I can fill the form with info and dates, but the sign button is disabled.

The file is an editable and signable pdf, but when I try it on cloud, it says the file is not supported or it may be protected protected.

How can I sign this doc?

Please help.

Hi,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to sign a pdf using Fill & Sign option in Reader, is that correct?

As per the screenshot, it seems Signing is allowed under document restrictions. Could you check if the pdf has any diital signature field on it?
