I can not download Adobe Reader

I can not download Adobe Reader for Windows 7.

it says  "you have already installed the newer version".

But there is no such a file on my PC. Please help me to installed it

Please try running Acrobat Cleaner tool from here : https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

This should delete any files present on your system and retry.

Hi there,

Such message, you have newer version already installed appears when there is a problem with Windows installer package. 

You may try all the solutions suggested in the help article here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/error-1722--there-is-a-problem-with-this-windows-installer-pac...

Once done, try installing Acrobat/Reader DC and see if that gives any progress.
