I can't print pdfs duplex and I need to from my PC.

For the last few months I have been unable to print pdfs duplex from my PC.  Thinking it was to do with OneDrive I downloaded Adobe Reader DC to bypass OneDrive but I don;t get offered duplex as a printing option.  I can print word duplex and my hsband's Mac prints PDfs duplex so it isn't the printer. What am I missing?
