I can't upload to Acrobat.com, tells "No internet connection"

Not earlier than two days ago Adobe Reader reported of success saving my changes to Acrobat.com. Today it failed to do the same action with the message "No Internet connection"  though nothing wrong with my connection. I checked  activation status after reading an Adobe support article, the status is Ok. When I opened Adobe Acrobat mobile app I saw my most recent changes gone.

Also I noticed that AdobeResourceSynchronizer.app has repeatedly failed to join the list of apps that have access in w3 entry in Keychain access app of OS X (only Adobe Reader is present there). How do I fix this?

Adobe Reader 11.0.23 (not Adobe Acrobat Reader)

Mac OS X Lion
