I can't use the Adobe ID login the Acrobat Reader, It notices me "Access Denied", Can you help me to fix it?

Acrobat Reader is for free. There is no login needed for using Acrobat Reader.

If you need further functions and you have a CC subscription try to install Acrobat Professional and try to login again with your Adobe ID.

That means I must have the subscription first then can login with my account? but why the Acrobat Reader has a login button, and it notices me to login when I use it?

Open the Acrobat Reader.

Close the Login window if appears. Close your Acrobat Reader.

Reopen the Acrobat Reader.

The note window should have disappeared.
