I cannot open files uploaded to a PDF

The host document is a PDF, although it allows files to be uploaded and also has some boxes for word processing also

Can anyone help me, please

Please confirm the exact workflow you follow to help us understand the issue better.

Please mention any particular error you get when you open the PDF and you may attach a screenshot if any required.

Also, does this happen with all the files or with any particular file?

My screenshot shows 11 attachmentsnts

I can open (counting from the top) file numbers: 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11

I cannot open the rest (2, 4, 7, 9), which are .docx (except 9 which is .webarchive)

(Interestingly, I can open 10 which is .doc)

I'm not sure if this pattern would hold for all files, but thank you for you question which seems to have narrowed the problem down

PS No error message comes up when a file fails to open
