I really need help! I cannot open any of my existing adobe acrobat scanned documents on my PC, or any new ones. I tried redownloading free version of adobe acrobat reader DC. I am not tech savvy, and I need to see these documents for my college class. I click on pdf icons on my desktop and nothing happens, only the look of the icons changed when I downloaded it from get.adobe.com/reader
I can't open anything! I am frustrated I can't talk to anyone to walk me through the process.
Hello,Thanks for finally getting in touch with me. After getting no response yesterday, I called into customer support. I had to beg for help since I was calling about a free service. But since nothing would open up when clicking on Adobe PDF icons which had previously opened, and not getting errors all the lady could suggest was using another browser to open, or uninstalling and reinstalling. Thankfully, uninstalling did the trick. Not sure why adobe stopped working, but it is working again. I

Really sorry for the issue you're facing. Could you please provide us with the following information so that we can triage this issue?
1. Are you getting any error dialog on trying to open file? If yes, then could you please share a snapshot of this dialog?
2. Could you please share sample file with which you're facing this issue?
