I downloaded adobe reader, but I still can't print USPS labels, can you help?

Can you give us some details as to what is happening? "Can't print labels" could mean a whole lot of stuff.

1. What exact version of Reader do you now have?
2. How are you opening the labels (are they saved to your computer and opened in Reader or are you opening them online)?
3. What steps are you taking to print?
4. What exactly happens?
