I had been able to download pdf files.That stopped.I downloaded pdf reader from adobe.com NO CHG

After downloading the reader, I received info that I had the reader previously installed.  Tried pulling pdf file from my aol mailbox, and zero response.

Hey there,

Seems you have the pdf file attached to the AOL email itself? Try saving/downloading the pdf first and then open via Adobe Reader. 

Go to File>Open>select pdf
