Hey!

 

You have mentioned about converting a word document to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, which I guess you meant to say converting to PDF file. 

Reader DC alone is not capable of doing any conversion, unless you haven't subscribe for any service. To create a PDF file, you should have a subscription for PDF Pack or Acrobat DC.

 

I see that you have subscribed for Acrobat Std DC, so first make sure that you have downloaded the correct application to start. Your Product is Acrobat Std. DC (Team) which is probably given by your company.
