I purchased Acrobat Pro and Reader (version 9 I believe)

I had to wipe my laptop due to some technical issues, and cannot find my original serial number.  What can I do?

Reader 9 is free so you just have to download and install from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

If you had version 9 of Acrobat Pro, unless you registered it, you may be out of luck (it isn't supported anymore). You can try looking in your account under the "manage account" area of the main page at Adobe: Creative, marketing and document management solutions but you would need the log-in you used when you registered your software. Short of that, you would need the original packaging that has the serial number on it. You "could" try customer support but being unsupported, they may not be able to help. Probably worth a try though.
