The system tells me I need Adobe PDF Pack. I cannot find a file to click on for the upgrade.  How can I get this done?

you would need to purchase something (eg, acrobat dc subscription, pdf pack etc).

the free reader can't be converted into a tool for editing pdfs.

Hi Robert327,

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC, currently in active state as well as for Adobe Export PDF which is currently in inactive state.

It seems you are trying to combine pdfs in Adobe Reader application. Try downloading Acrobat Pro DC on the machine using the steps given in this link: Download and install Acrobat DC subscription , sign into the application and check.

Let us know if you need any help.

Shivam
