I want to know if there is a way to convert pdf files to docx files offline

A friend of mine told me tha it is now possible to convert pdf files to docx files (ms word files) offline. So i want to know if it is possible and how I can achieve this

Adobe's product that does this is Acrobat, but Acrobat Reader does not.

The first tutorial, by the way, is written by someone who doesn't even know the difference between the two products, which is why the second instructions won't work for you If you only have Reader.
