The issue normally happened to the pdf file that only have image and without text, it somehow randomly show the image was cut by right or bottom half with blank shadow, attached image fyr.

And when the issue is happened, we could zoom out or zoom in the image the normal image will be resumed, however when scroll back to the problematic view e.g this time is 91.9% only that ratio's image view have the blank shadow issue.

Have already updated the display driver to latest version (Intel(R) HD Graphics 530) , reinstalled and updated Adobe Reader DC to latest version. Does anyone have idea on this issue?

Hi Ricky,

Sorry for the delayed response.

As per the above mentioned description, image randomly cuts off when viewing a pdf file in Reader, is that correct?

Could you please confirm the version of Reader installed on your machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

And, the operating system you are using?

Are you creating these pdfs in Outlook using Convert to Adobe PDF option?

Would it be possible if you can share the link for the problematic file with us?

To do that, visit Adobe Document Cloud here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/send

1- Click Add Files > Choose Files from My Computer

2- Select the file > Create link

Thank You,

Shivam
