Hi!

I am using the free version of Adobe Acrobat DC version 19.021.20056.

Till 3 days ago, it was showing all jpeg images which I converted from Excel. Suddenly, it stopped.

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, images are not included when creating PDFs from Excel

Is this a behavior with a particular file or with all the PDF files that you create? Please try to create a new PDF file from Excel and check.

What is the workflow or steps you are doing to create the PDF from MS Excel?

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC installed? To check the version of the application please use the link  - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

A new version of Adobe Acrobat / Reader DC is now available, version 19.21.20058. Make sure you have the latest version. Go to Help > Check for Updates. For more information about the new release please use the link  - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

Dear Amal,

Hello.

I have been using Adobe Pro 2015 for years and converting excel documents to PDF without an

issue.  Suddenly, only a few of the images transfer.  So i upgraded to Pro 2017, sadly, i still have the same issue.

Interestingly, i purchased another computer for a colleagues, purchased a new license for Pro 2017, and

voila the same issue.

Whereas on another computer with Pro 2015 the transfer happens without issue.

I do not seee any commonality and am stuck wondering what it could be.  Appreciate any help you can offer.

Best Regards

Known issue with recent update to Microsoft Excel. It has been reported to Microsoft.

I seem to have a similar issue:

I lose all my icons and pictures on my spec sheets except for 1 image this occurs when I convert from xlsx to pdf using the plugin However heres the kicker I retain all my icons and images when using the MS XPS printer driver.

To clarify for me Printing via the Printer "Adobe PDF" printer or exporting via Create PDF/XPS (same function really) works but using the SAVE AS or CREATE PDF options via adobe plugin in do not.

FYI this was working last week on our side.

I was told by Adobe that this has everything to do with an Excel update.  I tried your work around, but this doesn't work for me--I can't combine xps files.  I contacted MS, but so far, no response.  Very frustrating.  Luckily I have a laptop with an older version of excel that I can use, but this is a temporary solution.
