Bonjour,
Sur tous nos PCs, il est impossible d'ouvrir puis enrgitsrer (avec ou sans modification) certains PDF via Acrobat Reader.
Nous avons sytématiquement ce message: Impossible d'enregistrer le document. Une erreur est survenue à la lecture de ce document (135)
Acrobat Reader est à jour sur tous les PCs.
Nous sommes obligés de lancer une "imprimesion" au format PDF en l'enregistrant, d'ouvrir ensuite ce fichier, afin de pouvoir le modifier puis l'enregistrer.
Avez-vous une idée ?

"Sur tous vos PC" ... resources réseaux? Disque local? SE Windows? SE MacOS? Version d'Acrobat?

Il peut s'agir de nos PC en local (Windows 11 et 10), ainsi que sur notre serveur (Windows Server 2022).
Version d?acrobat Reader: 2024.001.20615 / 64 bits

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. It seems like there is something wrong with the PDF when it was created. Please try to recreate the PDF from the original source file and see if that works.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu and reboot the computer once and see if that works.
