impossible de créer un bouton d'envoi par mail sans avoir un message d'erreur

Bonjour , lorsque de la creation d'un bouton pour envoyer le formulaire , un message d'erreur apparait me disant ''qu'une erreur est survenue lors de l'envoi du message, avez vous une solution pour résoudre se problème ? merci pour votre aide ! 😉

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to send the form using the Email button in Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

May I know, which application is used to create the form?

You may try to send any other PDF form as an email using the Adobe Reader DC email button. You may refer to Attach to email option is not working | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC

Hi,

I have the same issue in 2 ways:

1) In Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, the Send document by email is not working anymore

I get this message:

2) We have a button with a script to create an email with the document as attachment. It does not work either.

We get this message:

I changed the cache paramater in Outlook, but no effet: same error messages. 

The only recent change I can see: it's the 1st time I try both buttons since I upgraded recently from Office 2016 to 2019...

je suis étonné du calme plat de la societé Adobe depuis le 1er décembre !! j'ai toujours mon problème de création d'un bouton pour envoyer un formulaire 

Que faut-il faire ,changer de logitiel ?

No it doesn't work better with your recommendations.
