Impression niveau de gris

Bonjour

Sur mon Adobe Pro derniere version si je coche la case niveau de gris lors de l'impression cela ne fonctionne pas. L'apercu reste en couleur comme l'impression.

Testé avec plusieur imprimante et drivers d'imprimante a jour.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20474 (Win) | 25.001.20476 (Mac), Apr 28, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine, and what is the version? What's the make and model of the printer installed? Ensure you have the latest firmware and drivers installed. See this article and try the suggestions: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/print-black-white-acrobat-reader.html

Some printers have their own grayscale printing settings. Access your printer's properties from the Print dialog and look for color options.
