TO succed to print my big document, i had to convert it into word and i succed to print it both side like that. Is there a reason why that option is not available. When i select an other printer it apprear. I Feel like acrobat dont reconise that my printer can print both side. Any idea?

Hi Grégor,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. AS described you ar unable to print both sides via Acrobat Reader and able to do so with other applications.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed.  Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also try to turn off the protected mode for testing (Win Only). Go to Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck  'Enable protected mode at startup' Turn off the protected mode and uncheck 'Enhanced Security' > Click OK and reboot the computer once.

Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risk.

Regards

Amal
