Initialisation module pixelisation échoué

Bonjour,

Après une réinstallation d'adobe acrobat, une erreur se produit quand on demande une impression. Dès que l'on clique le bouton pour imprimer, nous avons ce message :

" L'initilisation du module de pixélisation a échoué"

Auriez-vous une piste à nous donner pour solutionner cette problématique qui va devenir trés bloquante si nous ne pouvons plus imprimer nos PDF.

Please refer to the below thread, which has an issue related to yours: Solved: There was an error during initialization. 

If this does not help, I suggest removing Acrobat Reader and re-installing it from scratch. 

You can run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.
