Inserting photo into a pdf

Hi, when I insert a photo into a pdf via the signature stamp facility the image appears distorted. Is there a way to correct this?

As per the issue description mentioned above, the image appears distorted when using an image in stamps, is that correct?

Could you let us know if you are using custom stamp option in Acrobat or Reader? Would it be possible to share the screenshot of the issue with us?
