Hi @fcamineiro,
Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to work with a Neoid cloud certificate on Acrobat Reader.
We found a community post that has a discussion topic similar to yours. Please check the thread: Solved: Betreff: NeoID (Brazil gov. A3 cloud certificate)
Let us know if this helps.

Hi Souvik, I have seen that post before and tried the recommended settings, but it made no difference.
In my case, AAR can't find the cloud certificate to use as an esignature.

@fcamineiro Thank you for writing back.
Are the certificates installed in your Mac OS? Can you check if the certificates appear when you visit Finder-> Utilities-> Keychain-> Certificates?
If yes, would you mind sharing the certificate file with me over private message so I can investigate further and get back to you with a resolution?
Look forward to hearing from you.

I can see the certificate but I can't find the file path on Finder to share it with you. Any idea where it might be?

@fcamineiro You can follow the steps given below:
1. In the Keychain Access app on your Mac, select the items you want to export in the Keychain Access window.
2. Choose File > Export Items.
If the Export Items menu is dimmed, at least one selected item can’t be exported.
1. Select a location to save your keychain items, click the File Format pop-up menu, and choose a file type.
2. Click Save.
3. Enter a password.
The password is required to access the exported keychain items when you import them on another computer. Some exported items, such as public keys, don’t require passwords.
Hope this helps.

Should I export it in .cer or .p7b format?

@fcamineiro You can share both formats with me here.
I suggest sharing private messages in a zip file.
To do so, click on my profile name-> click the blue button that says "Send a Message" on the next page.

Sorry, but I'm unsure if sharing these files is safe.

Look like the certificate is saved on the cloud rather than the local device due to which it does not show up on the keychains application.
I suggest adding the certificate manually once using your credentials through Acrobat and it should be saved locally.
Hope this helps.
