Installation av DC

Acrobat Raider slutade att fungera och har provat att installera DC men det går inte, verka vara något gammalt som inte försvinner vad göra?

Please close all the installation process, and restart the machine, then use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove all the leftover files of Adobe Reader and old version of Adobe Reader, download and install the Acrobat Cleaner tool from Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Restart the machine once, then download and install the Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Apologize for the inconvenience caused, is it possible to share a screenshot of the error you get during the installation  of Adobe Reader, to share the screenshot, please refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Please enable the hidden administrator account, and try to install the Reader DC and let us know how it goes.
