Dear all, I am running Macbook pro with macOS High Sierra 10.13.3. During installing the Above Acrobat Reader DC (Continuous)" the process stops at "Paktskripte ausführen".

Does anyone knows what the reason could be?

Thank you, Bernhard

Hi Bernhardo,

Have you tried after rebooting the device completely? Or is there any old version of Acrobat application already exist on you machine?

At what percentage you get the installation stops? Does it happen immediately after running the installer or when it about to finish?

Try installing the application after running the installer, which would help you cleaning up the old traces of Acrobat if there's any.

Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Akanchha
