The following the attempts proved to be a failure:

1- Repairing

2- Restart / Reboot

3- Give persission Abobe folder in App Data/Roaming

4- Changing multiple settings from Adobe Acrobat Preference.....

Note: In attached screenshot I only depicted one example while in fact by clicking most of the above icons i get this message.

Thanks in advance and please do feel free to ask any question in case you would like more details related to the case

Hi Frank,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

As we check in the screenshot above, you are using Acrobat Pro DC, and the application is not signed in.

Could you please confirm if you are using the application on the work machine or personal machine?

Please try to sign in to the application first. Check if you can sign in or not.

You may try removing the application and running the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html). Then reboot the machine and install the Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
