I am digitizing a map of a cemetery (built in InDesign CS). My client is requesting I have pop ups that will give information on who is occupying a particular slot. I know that true pop up text boxes are not compatible on iPads. I then went the route of sticky notes Acrobat DC. The problem with those is that when you look at the whole map in its entirety the sticky note icons are huge and take over the map. It would be ideal if the icons could zoom in or out with the map.
Does anyone have any idea on how I can achieve a document with pop up text boxes for the iPad and desktop computer or how to scale the sticky note icons? I am even willing to bring my map into MS Office for Mac if needed.
Help, please!

Hi Winsorams,
As explained above, for the sticky notes that you have already created you must change them one by one.
But for future sticky notes you add, you can right click on the note, change the properties ( icon, color and opacity) and then check the box "Make Properties Default." Any further sticky notes added will then have those settings.
Also, you can change the Opacity go to Edit>Preferences>Commenting.
Hope this works, and this is what you were looking for.
