iPad Memory

New Here ,
Sep 12, 2020 Sep 12, 2020

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 20.08.00 on iPad 12.3.1 and recently experienced some slowdowns.

I offloaded all the apps I'm not using and that improved the situation, at least for now.

However, I noted that I'm still using 27.8 GB of the available 32 GB and that the great majority of that usage was still in "apps".

Furthermore, by far the greatest memory hog under "apps" is Acrobat, which is showing App Size of 216.1 MB with Documents & Data size of 19.25 GB.

The problem with that is that I don't have any Acrobat Documents or Data on the iPad. Acrobat Files "On This iPad" shows "No files on this iPad".

I only use Acrobat with files in my Dropbox, which is external to the iPad.

Furthermore, the entire collection of my Dropbox files consistently totals less than 3.0 GB (although documents are regularly added and deleted).

Any suggestions?
