I've created a form with fill in features. This was done on a windows 10 OS. The security feature was set on the form to print only. My desire is to use this form on an iPhone so I can fill out and email to customers with security features intact. I do not know how to unlock the security feature or set them on the iPhone or iPad. I cannot send the form from computer to phone locked because I cannot fill it out. Any solution?

My advice is not to waste time on this particular issue. Most people use software that ignores security settings anyway.

This just will not work because if I don't use security features, then customer can change pricing at will and potential lawsuits could follow.

This argument is tempting but does not hold up. If you protected the file perfectly the customer could be an identical fake using the same prices and some changes. This is the situation for everyone. And there is LOTS of software which will let the customer edit a password protected file, so any feeling of safety would be pure illusion.

What you need to use is not security but signatures. Digital signatures (not "stamps"), issued by a suitable authority, have legal authority in many countries and can be used to prove whether a document was original, retyped, or the original modified.

I think my solution is another web based application that is readily available and fills this need.

I'd recommend web based forms over PDF forms for many reasons.
